Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15

10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

• Consignment: We sell for you for a 20% consigner fee. No hidden fees. Payment via cash or Venmo within 48 hours of sale close (most often, paid @ pick-up). Drop off Friday 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. or Saturday, 10 a.m. until noon. Please email us for alternative drop off options if you cannot make either of these dates.

• Vendor Space: This go-round, all vendors will be our volunteers! Volunteers will have 10x10 spaces that will be ‘yard sale’ style, open to all art, home goods, clothing, etc.

If you are interested in consigning items for the sale, please read the following:

• All consignors should complete an inventory sheet of their items and retain a copy for their records. Safe Harbor Sanctuary, Ascada Arabians, staff, volunteers, and property owners will not be responsible for any items lost, damaged, or left behind post-sale. Please note, we did NOT update the dates on the attached PDF. This sale is March 14 & 15, 2026.

• Pick up items Sunday, March 15, from 3:30pm to 5:00pm on-site only. Items left after that time will be considered donations unless alternative arrangements are made.

• All items must be tagged with 3x5 index cards attached with zip or twist tie or safety pin and include:

  • Consignor number (seller initials and last 4 digits of phone number in top left)

  • Size (if applicable) in top right

  • Description

  • Price of item in bottom/middle

  • Please note: We do our best to ensure tags remain with items. YOU are responsible for ensuring your items are tagged in a manner which allows them to be picked up and handled without losing the tag. Ziplock bags may work well for certain items.
